    The DL Asset Track platform has a support widget to help users raise platform-related help tickets. A JIRA support widget is available for all user roles based on the settings and access provided by the Platform Admins.



    Features Delivered in this Update

    • Platform Admins can enable a support widget for the DL Asset Track platform.
    • Platform Admins can add and edit support widgets at the Operator level.
    • Operators can enable and configure support widgets.
    • Participants and Monitors can view and access the support widget as configured by the respective Operator.
    • Platform Admin can now change the existing passwords for their DL Asset Track profile.
